Thermorex is one of the very few companies that produce bimetallic thermostats with special technical parameters, such as a wide temperature response range, high precision, low contact resistance and narrow hysteresis. It holds three worldwide patents and its pioneering in-house research and development department ensures continuous growth and the realisation of new projects.
The ТК24 thermostat (DIN EN 60730-1) is a temperature-sensitive device with cyclic operation. It is designed to maintain a temperature between two predetermined limits by automatically controlling the switching on and off of an electrical circuit. The intervention and reset temperature can be produced at the customer's specific request within the parameters that THERMOREX can guarantee. The intervention range goes from -45°C to +425°C depending on the customer's technical requirements.
The realisations present almost infinite solutions in terms of temperature grade, type of terminals or connectors and fixing systems. Configurations other than those shown in the catalogue can be agreed with Thermorex.
APPLICATION: this thermostat is used in a wide range of temperature control applications on many industrial as well as more common commercial applications close to our daily lives, such as household applications.
In addition to the variety of standard configurations, the thermostat can also be customised to the customer's specific technical requirements.
